Strategy
We will collaborate to get to know your business, target audience, goals and vision. Three Hellos will be combining strategy, color psychology and design expertise to develop a sound foundation.

Design
Now that the strategy is in place, we move towards the brand identity phase. This phase combines the strategic direction with color psychology, typeface selection, brand imagery and messaging to create the perfect foundation to grow your brand.

Deliver
Once the branding identity is finalized, all the files will be delivered via Dropbox. You will also be given a guide on how best to utilize your new branding files. We then proceed to stationery and website design (if included).

The short answer is no. We wholeheartedly believe your brand is so much more than a logo, which is why we place so much emphasis on the strategy and intention behind a full brand identity design.

Typically a project is broken up into two payments. 50% retainer deposit is due on contract signing to secure your start date. For brand identity only clients - the remaining payment is due after we have finalized branding files before delivery and stationery. For client’s who have also included website design in their collection, the remaining 50% is broken into two payments. The second payment of 25% is due upon brand identity file delivery and the final 25% is due 5 days prior to website launch.
